Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of the right bank of Hastings River with the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that bank generally north-westerly to the mouth of Hibbards Creek; by a line north-westerly to the centre of Hastings River; by that river, Partridge Creek and a southern tributary of that creek upwards to Oxley Highway; by that highway generally westerly, Pacific Highway generally south-westerly, Blyths Road generally south-easterly and Spring Creek Road generally south-westerly to the northern prolongation of Waterloo Creek; by that creek downwards to the generally north-western shore of Queens Lake; by that shore generally south-westerly to Herons Creek; by that creek upwards to the northern prolongation of the eastern boundary of Lot 107, DP 754405; by that prolongation, boundary and the southern boundary of that lot southerly and westerly, the western boundaries of Lot 86, DP 754405 and Lot 86, DP 860668 and its prolongation southerly to Mountain View Road; by that road and the road forming the eastern boundary of Lot 17, DP 754405 and its prolongation southerly to Camden Haven River; by that river downwards to its eastmost mouth on the generally north-western shore of Watson Taylors Lake; by a line across that lake to the mouth of Stewarts River on the generally southerly shore of that lake; by part of the generally south-western shore of Watson Taylors Lake generally north-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 151, DP 754418; by that prolongation, boundary, a line, the northern boundary of Lot 4, DP 857449 and its prolongation westerly to North Coast Railway; by that railway generally south-westerly to Holey Flat Creek; by that creek upwards to the generally western boundary of the Parish of Stewart, County of Macquarie; by part of that boundary northerly to the generally north-eastern boundary of Landsdowne State Forest; by that boundary generally north-westerly to Big Nellie Road; by that road generally north-westerly to the generally southern boundary of Hastings Council; by part of that boundary generally westerly and part of the generally south-western boundary of that council generally north-westerly to Knodingbul Road; by that road and Clay Road generally north-westerly and Oxley Highway generally north-easterly to the generally eastern boundary of Walcha Shire; by part of that boundary and part of the generally southern boundary of that shire generally southerly and easterly to the road from Bullocks Bow to Terrabanella; by that road and Nowendoc Road generally south-easterly and the road from Tiri to Koorakine generally westerly to Manning River; by that river downwards and Munghi Creek upwards to the generally western boundary of Part Portion'26, Parish of Taree, County of Macquarie; by that boundary and its prolongation generally northerly to North Coast Railway; by that railway north-westerly to the southern prolongation of the eastern boundary of DP 761079; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation northerly to Wingham Road; by that road north-westerly, Cedar Park Road generally northerly and Leigh Drive and its prolongation generally easterly to Dawson River; by that river, North Passage of Manning River and Manning River, aforesaid, downwards to the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid, and by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally north-easterly to the point of commencement (including Lord Howe Island and all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
