Boundary Description
Commencing at the intersection of Pitt and Hay Streets: and bounded thence by the former street, George Street, Broadway and Parramatta Road generally south-westerly to Hawthorne Canal; by that canal downwards to the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Iron Cove; by that low water mark generally easterly, the low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Iron Cove generally north-easterly to Iron Cove Bridge; by that bridge north-westerly to the low water mark of the north-western shore of Iron Cove; by that low water mark and the low water mark of the right bank of Parramatta River upwards to Wolseley Street Wharf; by a line north-easterly to the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River at Pulpit Point; by that low water mark downwards and the low water mark of the right bank of Lane Cove River upwards to Onion Point; by a line easterly to the low water mark of the left bank of Lane Cove River; by that low water mark, the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River, aforesaid, and the low water mark of the generally northern shore of Port Jackson generally north-easterly to Middle Head; by a line north-westerly to again the low water mark of the generally northern shore of Port Jackson at Grotto Point; again by that low water mark generally north-easterly to Dobroyd Head; by a line south-easterly to again the low water mark of the generally northern shore of Port Jackson at Cannae Point; again by that low water mark generally south-easterly to North Head; by a line south-westerly to the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Jackson at South Head; by that low water mark generally south-westerly to the south-eastern side of the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo Bay; by that side of that wharf north-easterly, the north-eastern and north-western sides of that wharf north-westerly and south-westerly to the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Jackson, aforesaid, by that low water mark generally westerly to a point north-east of the intersection of Cowper Wharf Roadway and Lincoln Crescent; by a line south-westerly to that intersection; by Lincoln Crescent, Sir John Young Crescent and Haig Avenue generally south-westerly, College Street southerly, Wentworth Avenue south-westerly, Elizabeth Street southerly and Hay Street, aforesaid, westerly to the point of commencement.
