Boundary Description

Commencing at the confluence of Glenbrook Creek and Nepean River: and bounded thence by that river downwards to Western Motorway; by that motorway generally south-easterly, The Northern Road and Bringelly Road and its prolongation generally north-easterly, Richmond Road generally north-westerly and northerly, The Northern Road, aforesaid, generally northerly, Andromeda Drive generally south-westerly, Goldmark Crescent southerly, Boundary Road westerly, Cranebrook Road northerly to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 2, DP 519892; by that prolongation, boundary, a line and the southern boundary of Lot 299, DP 752021 and its prolongation westerly to Farrells Lane; by that lane generally westerly to the generally eastern boundary of the City of Blue Mountains; by part of that boundary (in part Nepean River) generally southerly to Old Bathurst Road; by that road generally westerly to the southern prolongation of the easternmost generally western boundary of Portion 257, Parish of Strathdon, County of Cook; by that prolongation and part of that boundary generally northerly to the eastern prolongation of Dixon Road; by that prolongation and road westerly, Rusden Road south-westerly and Old Bathurst Road, aforesaid, and its prolongation westerly to Main Western Railway; by that railway generally south-westerly to the western prolongation of Coughlan Road; by a line south-westerly to Glenbrook Creek, aforesaid, and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
