Boundary Description

Commencing on the low water mark of the generally northern shore of Broken Bay at Box Head: and bounded thence by a line south-westerly across that bay to the low water mark of the generally southern shore of that bay at Barrenjoey Head; by that low water mark generally westerly to its western extremity and by a line westerly to West Head; again by that low water mark generally westerly to Challenger Head; by a line north-easterly to the centre of Hawkesbury River; by that river upwards to the generally western boundary of the City of Gosford; by part of that boundary generally north-easterly to the source of an unnamed south-western tributary of Greens Run at Mount Baxter; by that tributary and run downwards and Mangrove Creek, Warre Warren Creek and a south-eastern tributary of that creek upwards to the Transmission Line from Vales Point to Sydney West; by that transmission line north-easterly to the generally south-western boundary of Wyong Shire; by part of that boundary generally south-easterly to the Transmission Line from Dora Creek to Sydney North; by that transmission line generally north-easterly to Red Hill Road; by that road generally easterly, Wallaby Road generally south-easterly, Palmdale Road generally easterly and Pacific Highway south-westerly to the creek, in part forming the southern boundary of Lot 2, DP 734567; by that creek and Bangalow Creek downwards and Chittaway Creek upwards to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally southerly to the generally northern shore of Broad Water; by that shore and its generally eastern shore and the generally northern and generally eastern shores of Brisbane Water generally easterly and generally southerly to Veteran Hall Wharf; by a line generally south-easterly to the generally western shore of Rileys Island; by that shore, a line, the generally western shore of St Huberts island and again a line generally south-easterly to Daleys Point on the generally eastern shore of Brisbane Water, aforesaid; by that shore generally south-easterly and generally south-westerly and the low water mark of the generally northern shore of Broken Bay, aforesaid, generally south-easterly to the point of commencement.
