Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of Marsden Road with Pennant Hills Road: and bounded thence by the latter road generally south-westerly and Bettington Road generally north-westerly to Hunts Creek; by that creek downwards to a generally north-western boundary of the City of Parramatta; by part of that boundary generally south-westerly to Darling Mills Creek; by that creek downwards and Toongabbie Creek upwards to the north-western prolongation of Mons Road; by that prolongation and road south-westerly, Darcy Road south-easterly, Bridge Road generally southerly, Great Western Highway south-easterly, Coleman Street southerly, Western Motorway generally easterly, Church Street southerly and Woodville Road south-westerly to Cabramatta-Granville Railway; by that railway and Main Suburban Railway generally south-easterly to Duck River, by that river and Parramatta River downwards to Silverwater Road; by that road northerly to the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River; by that low water mark downwards to the south-western prolongation of Wharf Road; by that prolongation and road and Marsden Road, aforesaid, generally north-westerly to the point of commencement.
