Commencing at the intersection of South Creek and Richmond Road: and bounded thence by that road generally south-easterly to the south-western prolongation of the generally north-western boundary of Lot 61, DP 777770; by that prolongation and boundary generally north-easterly, the generally northern boundary of Lot 3, DP 634220 and the northern boundaries of Lot 13, DP 17357, Lot 1, DP 403301, a line, and Lot 8, DP 392822 (and its prolongation) generally easterly to Eastern Creek; by that creek and Bungarribee Creek upwards to Walters Road; by that road southerly and Great Western Highway generally easterly to the north-eastern prolongation of the generally north-western boundary of Lot 1, DP 825874; by that prolongation and boundary generally south-westerly and the western boundary of that lot and its prolongation southerly to the generally north-western shore of Prospect Reservoir; by that shore generally south-westerly to the Sydney Water Supply Pipeline; by that pipeline generally westerly to Ropes Creek; by that creek downwards to Main Western Railway; by that railway easterly to the southern prolongation of Belmore Avenue; by that prolongation and avenue northerly, Woodstock Avenue, a line, Schiller Place, a line, and Copeland Road north-westerly, Bougainville Road generally westerly, Luxford Road north-easterly and Palmyra Avenue and its prolongation north-westerly and westerly to South Creek, aforesaid, and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
