Boundary Description
Commencing at the junction of City Road and Parramatta Road: and bounded thence by the former road and King Street generally south-westerly, Forbes Street south-easterly, Elvy Place north-easterly, Forbes Lane south-easterly and Wilson Street south-westerly to the north-western prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 2070; by that prolongation and boundary south-easterly, the south-eastern boundary of that lot south-westerly and the south-eastern prolongation of the south-western boundary of that lot south-easterly to Iverys Lane; by that lane and its prolongation south-easterly to Main Suburban Railway; by that railway north-easterly and Illawarra Railway generally south-westerly to the right bank of Cooks River; by that bank upwards to Bayview Avenue; by that avenue north-easterly to Cooks River; by that river upwards to the western prolongation of Alfred Street; by that prolongation and street easterly, Beauchamp Street generally northerly, Ewart Street north-westerly and Wardell Road generally north-easterly to Sydenham-Bankstown Railway; by that railway north-westerly and the railway from Dulwich Hill to Glebe Island generally northerly to Hawthorne Canal; by that canal downwards to Parramatta Road, aforesaid, and by that road generally easterly to the point of commencement.
