Boundary Description

Commencing at the intersection of High Street and Anzac Parade: and bounded thence by that parade south-easterly, Day Avenue westerly, Doncaster Avenue southerly, Barker Street easterly, Day Lane southerly, Edward Avenue south-westerly, Doncaster Avenue, aforesaid, southerly and Gardiners Road westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of the generally south-eastern boundary of Eastlakes Golf Course; by that prolongation and part of that boundary south-westerly and the north-eastern boundary of Astrolabe Park and its prolongation south-easterly to Gwea Avenue; by that avenue generally south-easterly, Banks Avenue southerly, and Wentworth Avenue generally easterly to the generally western boundary of the City of Randwick; by part of that boundary generally southerly and part of the generally southern boundary of that city generally north-easterly to the low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Botany Bay at Yarra Bay; by that low water mark generally south-easterly and the low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) of the South Pacific Ocean generally northerly to the northern prolongation of Wolseley Road; by that prolongation and road southerly, Oberon Street generally westerly, Avoca Street northerly and High Street, aforesaid, westerly to the point of commencement (including Bare Island and all islands off the coast of the district above defined).
