Boundary Description

Commencing at the intersection of Fifteenth Avenue and Kemps Creek: and bounded thence by that avenue and its northern branch easterly, Cowpasture Road south-westerly, Hoxton Park Road generally easterly, Ash Road southerly Jedda Road easterly, Wonga Road southerly, Hillview Parade easterly, Webster Road north-easterly, Graham Avenue, a line, and again Graham Avenue easterly, Hume Highway south-westerly and Ashcroft Avenue and Marsh Parade generally southerly to the western prolongation of the southernmost northern boundary of Carroll Park; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation easterly to Georges River; by that river upwards to a Transmission Line crossing the aforementioned river at the eastern extremity of Derby Street; by that transmission line generally north-easterly to Myrtle Creek; by that creek and a western tributary of that creek upwards to Bensley Road; by that road south-westerly, Ashmead Road north-westerly, Eagleview Road generally south-westerly, Ben Lomond Road generally north-westerly, Campbelltown Road north-easterly, Saint Andrews Road north-westerly, Ballantrae Drive generally south-westerly Stranraer Drive south-westerly, Stornoway Avenue north-westerly and Bannockburn Avenue south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of Byrne Reserve; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to Hume Highway; by that highway generally northerly and St Andrews Road north-westerly to Bunbury Curran Creek; by that creek upwards to Raby Road; by that road generally north-westerly to the generally north-western boundary of the City of Campbelltown; by part of that boundary north-easterly to Camden Valley Way; by that way and Cowpasture Road, aforesaid, generally north-easterly and Bringelly Road westerly to Kemps Creek, aforesaid, and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
