Boundary Description

Commencing at the confluence of Rickabys Creek and Hawkesbury River (at Windsor): and bounded thence by that river and Grose River upwards to the generally eastern boundary of the City of Blue Mountains; by part of that boundary generally south-easterly to Nepean River; by that river upwards to the western prolongation of Farrells Lane; by that prolongation and lane generally easterly to the western prolongation of Lot 299, DP 752021; by that prolongation, boundary, a line and the southern boundary of Lot 2, DP 519892 and its prolongation easterly to Cranebrook Road; by that road southerly, Boundary Road easterly, Goldmark Crescent northerly, Andromeda Drive generally north-easterly, The Northern Road generally southerly and Richmond Road and its prolongation generally south-easterly to Main Western Railway; by that railway generally easterly to the southern prolongation of Belmore Avenue; by that prolongation and avenue northerly, Woodstock Avenue, a line, Schiller Place, a line, and Copeland Road north-westerly, Bougainville Road generally westerly, Luxford Road north-easterly and Palmyra Avenue and its prolongation north-westerly and westerly to South Creek; by that creek downwards to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 4, DP 264159; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to Fairey Road; by that road northerly and Ham Street and its western prolongation, and again Ham Street and its north-western prolongation westerly and north-westerly to Rickabys Creek, aforesaid; and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
