Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of the generally western boundary of Tweed Shire with the boundary between the States of New South Wales and Queensland: and bounded thence by that shire boundary generally southerly, part of the generally southern boundary of that shire generally easterly and part of the generally eastern boundary of the City of Lismore generally south-easterly to the road from Repentance Creek to Goonengerry via Goonengerry Dip; by that road generally north-easterly, Federal Road generally northerly to a point east of the creek flowing through Lot 3 and Lot 1, DP 608723, Lot 4, DP 735538, Lot 12, DP 755712; by a line easterly to that creek; by that creek and Wilsons River downwards to the generally eastern boundary of the City of Lismore, aforesaid; by that boundary generally southerly to the western boundary of Lot 125, DP 755691; by that boundary and the western boundary of Lot 239, DP 755691 and its prolongation southerly to the canal on the southern boundary of Lot 143, DP 755691; by that canal upwards to Tuckean Island Road; by that road generally south-westerly, Dungarubba Road westerly, the road from Tuckurimba to Woodburn North northerly, Maxwell Road and Paffs Lane generally westerly, Tuckurimba Road generally northerly and Baxters Lane and its prolongation generally westerly to Wilsons River; by that river upwards to the western prolongation of Wyrallah Ferry Road; by that prolongation, road and Lismore Road generally north-westerly and Bruxner Highway generally westerly to the generally eastern boundary of Casino Council; by part of that boundary, the generally southern and part of the generally western boundaries of that council generally southerly, generally westerly and generally northerly to Bruxner Highway, aforesaid; by that highway generally westerly to the creek flowing through Lot 98, DP 752397; by that creek and Tabulam Rivulet downwards and Clarence River and Maryland River upwards to Rivertree Road; by that road generally westerly to Wylie Creek; by that creek downwards to Mount Lindesay Road; by that road and Cullendore Road generally northerly to the boundary between the States of New South Wales and Queensland, aforesaid; and by that boundary generally north-easterly to the point of commencement.
