Commencing at the intersection of the generally south-western boundary of the City of Lake Macquarie and the Transmission Line from Vales Point to Sydney West: and bounded thence by that transmission line generally north-easterly and easterly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally northerly to the south-western prolongation of the road forming the generally north-western and northern boundaries of Portion 327 Parish of Morisset County of Northumberland; by that prolongation and road and the road forming the northern boundary of Portion 326 generally north-easterly and easterly to the southern prolongation of White Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation northerly to the generally western shore of Lake Macquarie; by that shore generally north-easterly to Skye Point; by a line north-easterly to Cold Tea Canal on the generally eastern shore of Lake Macquarie; by that shore generally northerly to the south-western prolongation of Medcalf Street; by that prolongation and street generally north-easterly, Macquarie Road generally northerly and Main Road and Sturt Road and its prolongation generally north-westerly to Main Northern Railway, aforesaid; by that railway south-westerly to Winding Creek; by that creek downwards to the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 3, DP 860494; by part of that boundary and its prolongation generally north-easterly to Main Road, aforesaid; by that road south-easterly and Glendale Road generally north-westerly and Lake Road generally south-westerly to Winding Creek; by that creek and Brush Creek downwards and Cockle Creek upwards to the south-eastern prolongation of Ridley Street; by that prolongation and street generally north-westerly, Penrose Street generally south-westerly, Lutana Street north-westerly, Aroona Street generally north-westerly, Crest Avenue westerly and Northville Drive south-westerly to the Transmission Line from Newcastle to Merewether Substation; by that transmission line north-westerly and westerly to Slatey Creek; by that creek upwards to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 13 DP 849003; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation easterly to Government Road; by that road generally north-easterly, George Booth Drive generally north-westerly and Cameron Park Drive and Woodford Street generally north-easterly to the generally southern boundary of the City of Newcastle; by part of that boundary westerly, part of the western boundary of that city northerly and part of the generally northern, the generally north-western and part of the generally south-western, aforesaid, boundaries of the City of Lake Macquarie generally westerly, generally south-westerly and generally south-easterly to the point of commencement.
