Boundary Description

Commencing on the low water mark of the southern shore of Broken Bay at its junction with the generally north-western boundary of Pittwater Council at Challenger Head: and bounded thence by a line north-easterly to the centre of Hawkesbury River; by that river upwards to a point north-east of Fishermans Point on the left bank of Berowra Creek; by a line south-westerly to that point; by that bank upwards to its confluence with Marramarra Creek; by a line southerly across the mouth of that creek; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Coba Bay; by a line south-easterly across that mouth; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Calabash Bay; by a line southerly across that mouth; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Crossland Bay; by a line south-westerly across that mouth; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek and Tunks Creek upwards to the south-western boundary of Hornsby Rifle Range; by part of that boundary generally south-easterly to Berowra Creek; by that creek and a south-eastern tributary of that creek upwards to the south-western boundary of Lot 22, Section 1, DP 255787; by part of that boundary south-easterly, part of the south-eastern boundary of that lot and the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, DP 214075, Lot 1, DP 507800 and Lot 1, DP 532575 north-easterly, the north-eastern boundaries of the lastmentioned lot and Lot 2, DP 532575 south-easterly and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 15, DP 224167 south-westerly and south-easterly to the north-eastern prolongation of Tillock Street; by that prolongation and street south-westerly and Wells Street south-easterly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally north-easterly to Dartford Road; by that road generally south-easterly, Pennant Hills Road generally easterly, Campbell Avenue generally southerly, Calga Avenue westerly, Willowtree Street southerly and Pine Street easterly to Lane Cove River, by that river downward to The Comenarra Parkway; by that parkway generally south-easterly and easterly, Fox Valley Road generally north-easterly and Ada Avenue and Coonanbarra Road northerly to North Shore Railway; by that railway north-westerly to the generally north-western boundary of the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai; by part of that boundary generally northerly to Cockle Creek; by that creek downwards to the generally north-western boundary of Warringah Council; by that boundary and part of the generally north-western boundary of Pittwater Council generally north-easterly to the point of commencement.
