Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of Dacey Avenue and South Dowling Street: and bounded thence by that avenue easterly and Alison Road generally south-easterly to the northern prolongation of the generally western boundary of Randwick Racecourse; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation generally southerly to Anzac Parade; by that parade south-easterly, Day Avenue westerly, Doncaster Avenue southerly, Barker Street easterly, Day Lane southerly, Edward Avenue south-westerly, Doncaster Avenue, aforesaid, southerly and Gardiners Road westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of the generally south-eastern boundary of Eastlakes Golf Course; by that prolongation and part of that boundary south-westerly and the north-eastern boundary of Astrolabe Park and its prolongation south-easterly to Gwea Avenue; by that avenue generally south-easterly, Banks Avenue southerly and Wentworth Avenue generally easterly to the generally western boundary of the City of Randwick; by part of that boundary generally southerly, part of the generally south-western boundary of the City of Botany Bay generally north-westerly and part of the generally eastern boundary of the City of Rockdale north-westerly to the mouth of Cooks River; by that river upwards to Marsh Street; by that street south-westerly to the right bank of Cooks River; by that bank upwards to the Illawarra Railway; by that railway and Main Suburban Railway generally north-easterly to the northern prolongation of Cornwallis Street; by that prolongation and street and Garden Street generally southerly, Henderson Road north-easterly, Raglan Street easterly, Cope Street generally northerly, Phillip Street and Crescent Street generally easterly and South Dowling Street, aforesaid, southerly to the point of commencement.
