Boundary Description

Commencing at the confluence of Rickabys Creek and Hawkesbury River (at Windsor): and bounded thence by that river and Grose River upwards to the generally northern boundary of the City of Blue Mountains; by part of that boundary generally north-westerly, the generally eastern boundary of the City of Lithgow generally northerly, the generally eastern boundary of Rylstone Shire generally north-easterly, part of the generally southern boundaries of Singleton Shire and Cessnock City generally easterly and the generally western boundary of the City of Gosford generally southerly and generally south-westerly to Hawkesbury River, aforesaid; by that river downwards to a point north-east of Fisherman’s Point on the left bank of Berowra Creek; by a line south-westerly to that point; by that bank upwards to its confluence with Marramarra Creek; by a line southerly across the mouth of that creek; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Coba Bay; by a line south-easterly across that mouth; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Calabash Bay; by a line southerly across that mouth; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Crossland Bay; by a line south-westerly across that mouth; again by the left bank of Berowra Creek and Pyes Creek upwards to New Line Road; by that road generally north-westerly, Hastings Road south-westerly, Old Northern Road and Glenhaven Road, generally north-westerly, Old Glenhaven Road and again Glenhaven Road generally westerly to Cattai Creek; by that creek downwards to the north-eastern prolongation of Fulton Place; by that prolongation and place south-westerly, Foxall Road south-easterly and Withers Road generally south-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of Schofields Road; by that prolongation south-westerly to Windsor Road; by that road generally north-westerly to the generally north-western boundary of the City of Blacktown; by part of that boundary (formed in part by Bandon Road) generally south-westerly to South Creek; by that creek downwards to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 4, DP 264159; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to Fairey Road; by that road northerly and Ham Street and its western prolongation, and again Ham Street and its north-western prolongation westerly and north-westerly to Rickabys Creek, aforesaid, and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
