Boundary Description

Commencing on the low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean at Box Head: and bounded thence by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally north-easterly and the generally south-western shore of Wamberal Lagoon generally north-westerly to the eastern prolongation of Old Gosford Road; by that prolongation, road, The Entrance Road and Milina Road generally westerly, Carlton Road generally northerly, Gooriwa Road westerly, Clarence Road southerly and Clyde Road north-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of Bradys Gully Road; by that prolongation and road and Glennie Street and its prolongation generally westerly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally southerly to the generally northern shore of Broad Water; by that shore and its generally eastern shore and the generally northern and generally eastern shores of Brisbane Water generally easterly and generally southerly to Veteran Hall Wharf; by a line south-easterly to Rileys Island; by the generally western shore of that island, a line, and the generally western shore of St Huberts Island generally south-easterly and a line south-westerly to Daleys Point on the generally eastern shore of Brisbane Water, aforesaid; by that shore generally south-easterly and generally south-westerly and the low water mark of the generally northern shore of Broken Bay generally south-easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
