Boundary Description
Commencing at the junction of Canley Vale Road with Smithfield Road: and bounded thence by the former road and its prolongation south-easterly and generally easterly to Cabramatta-Granville Railway; by that railway south-westerly and Cabramatta-Regents Park Railway north-easterly to Prospect Creek; by that creek and Georges River downwards to the western prolongation of Rabaul Road; by that prolongation and road easterly to the generally western boundary of Lot 1, DP 623875; by part of that boundary generally northerly and part of a northern boundary of that lot north-easterly to Georges Crescent; by that crescent north-westerly, Rex Road generally north-easterly, Johnson Road generally easterly, Liverpool Road north-westerly, Robertson Road northerly, Doust Street westerly, Cann Street north-westerly and Chester Hill Road generally northerly to Regents Park Railway; by that railway westerly to Miller Road; by that road northerly and north-westerly, Gurney Road generally westerly and Woodville Road north-easterly to the Sydney Water Supply Pipe Line; by that pipe line generally north-westerly to Cabramatta-Granville Railway, aforesaid; by that railway generally south-westerly and the branch railway to the Sydney Wool Centre and its prolongation generally north-westerly to Fairfield Road; by that road south-westerly to Prospect Creek, aforesaid; by that creek upwards to the eastern prolongation of Cawarra Place; by that prolongation and place westerly, Loscoe Street south-westerly, The Horsley Drive south-easterly, Polding Street westerly and Smithfield Road, aforesaid, generally south-westerly to the point of commencement.
