Commencing at the junction of Terry Road with Marsden Road: and bounded thence by the latter road generally north-westerly, Pennant Hills Road generally south-westerly, Jenkins Road and Oakes Road generally north-westerly, Mahers Road north-easterly, Pennant Hills Road, aforesaid, generally north-easterly, Hull Road north-westerly, Lee Road generally north-easterly and Boundary Road north-westerly to Berowra Creek; by that creek downwards and a south-eastern tributary of that creek upwards to the south-western boundary of Lot 22, Section 1, DP 255787; by part of that boundary south-easterly, part of the south-eastern boundary of that lot and the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, DP 214075, Lot 1, DP 507800 and Lot 1, DP 532575 north-easterly, the north-eastern boundaries of the lastmentioned lot and Lot 2, DP 532575 south-easterly and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 15, DP 224167 south-westerly and south-easterly to the north-eastern prolongation of Tillock Street; by that prolongation and street south-westerly and Wells Street south-easterly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally north-easterly to Dartford Road; by that road generally south-easterly, Pennant Hills Road, aforesaid, generally easterly, Campbell Avenue generally southerly, Calga Avenue westerly, Willowtree Street southerly and Pine Street easterly to Lane Cove River; by that river downwards to the north-eastern prolongation of Alma Road; by that prolongation and road south-westerly, Talavera Road north-westerly, Herring Road south-westerly, Epping Road north-westerly, Balaclava Road south-westerly and Abuklea Road and its prolongation north-westerly to Terrys Creek; by that creek upwards to Blaxland Road; by that road south-easterly and Ball Avenue generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of SP 20739; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway southerly to the south-eastern prolongation of Lakeside Avenue; by that prolongation and avenue generally north-westerly, Wingate Avenue south-westerly, Epping Avenue south-easterly and Terry Road, aforesaid, south-westerly to the point of commencement.
