Boundary Description

Commencing at the intersection of Parramatta Road and Hawthorne Canal: and bounded thence by that canal downwards to the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Iron Cove; by that low water mark generally easterly, the low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Iron Cove generally north-easterly to Iron Cove Bridge; by that bridge north-westerly to the low water mark of the generally north-western shore of Iron Cove; by that low water mark and the low water mark of the right bank of Parramatta River upwards to Wolseley Street Wharf; by a line north-easterly to the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River at Pulpit Point; by that low water mark upwards to the mouth of Tarban Creek; by a line southerly across that creek; again by the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River upwards to Charity Point; by a line south-westerly to the generally eastern boundary of Auburn Council at Wentworth Point; by part of that boundary generally southerly to Main Suburban Railway; by that railway generally easterly to the generally western boundary of the Burwood Council; by part of that boundary generally northerly to Parramatta Road, aforesaid, and by that road easterly and generally south-easterly to the point of commencement.
