Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of Darley Road with Alison Road: and bounded thence by the latter road north-westerly to the northern prolongation of the generally western boundary of Randwick Racecourse; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation generally southerly to Anzac Parade; by that parade south-easterly, High Street easterly, Avoca Street southerly, Oberon Street generally easterly and Wolseley Road and its prolongation northerly to the low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean; by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea> generally northerly to the south-eastern prolongation of the generally north-eastern boundary of Hunter Park; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation generally north-westerly to Bondi Road; by that road and Sid Einfeld Drive generally westerly, Oxford Street easterly, York Road generally southerly and Darley Road, aforesaid, generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
