Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of the eastern prolongation of Portion 489, Parish of North Bellingen, County of Raleigh with the low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea, generally north-easterly to Woolgoolga Creek; by that creek upwards to Woolgoolga Creek Road; by that road and Gentle Annie Road generally westerly and Slaters Crossing Road generally north-easterly to the generally southern boundary of Ulmarra Shire; by part of that boundary generally westerly to North Coast Railway; by that railway generally southerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 21, DP 775349; by that prolongation, boundary, a line across Orara River, the northern boundary of Lot 511, DP 811517 and its prolongation westerly to the road from Coramba to Brooklana; by that road generally westerly and Bushmans Range Road generally north-westerly to the abandoned railway from Dorrigo to Glenreagh; by that railway generally northerly to the generally southern boundary of Ulmarra Shire, aforesaid; by part of that boundary generally north-westerly, the generally south-eastern boundary of Nymboida Shire generally south-westerly and part of the generally western and part of the generally southern boundaries of Bellingen Shire generally southerly and generally easterly to Spicketts Creek; by that creek and Kalang River downwards, Back Creek generally north-easterly and Bellinger River upwards to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Portion 113, Parish of North Bellingen; by that prolongation, boundary, the southern boundaries of Portions 488 and 489 and its prolongation, aforesaid, easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
