Boundary Description

Commencing at the mouth of Woolgoolga Creek with the low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that creek upwards to Woolgoolga Creek Road; by that road and Gentle Annie Road generally westerly and Slaters Crossing Road generally north-easterly to the generally southern boundary of Ulmarra Shire; by part of that boundary generally westerly to North Coast Railway; by that railway generally southerly to eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 21, DP 775349; by that prolongation, boundary, a line across Orara River, the northern boundary of Lot 511, DP 811517 and its prolongation westerly to the road from Coramba to Brooklana, by that prolongation and road generally westerly, Bushmans Range Road generally north-westerly to the abandoned railway from Dorrigo to Glenreagh; by that railway generally northerly to the generally southern boundary of the Ulmarra Shire, aforesaid; by part of that boundary generally north-westerly, the generally south-eastern and generally western boundaries of Nymboida Shire generally south-westerly and generally northerly and part of the generally southern and part of the generally western boundaries of Copmanhurst Shire westerly and generally northerly to Timbarra River; by that river and Macleods Creek upwards to Rocky River Road; by that road and the road traversing Long Creek and its continuation generally northerly to Teatree Creek; by that creek downwards to Bruxner Highway; by that highway generally easterly to Clarence River; by that river, Tabulam Rivulet and the creek flowing through Lot 98, DP 752397 upwards to Bruxner Highway; again by that highway generally easterly to the generally western boundary of Casino Council; by part of that boundary generally southerly, the generally southern and part of the generally eastern boundaries of that council generally easterly and generally northerly to Bruxner Highway, aforesaid; by that highway generally easterly and Lismore Road and Wyrallah Ferry Road and its prolongation generally south-easterly to Wilsons River; by that river downwards to the western prolongation of Baxter Lane; by that prolongation and lane generally easterly, Tuckurimba Road generally southerly, Paffs Lane and Maxwell Road generally easterly, the road from Tuckurimba to Woodburn North southerly, Dungarubba Road easterly, Tuckean Island Road generally north-easterly to the canal on the southern boundary of Lot 143, DP 75S691; by that canal downwards to the southern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 239, DP 755691; by that prolongation and boundary northerly, the western and northern boundaries of Lot 125, DP 755691 northerly and easterly, the northern boundary of Lot 93, DP 755691 and its prolongation easterly and part of the generally north-western boundary of Lot 8, DP 794197 generally north-easterly to a reserved road running through that lot and DP; by that road generally easterly, Bagotville Road generally north-easterly, Wardell Road and Lumleys Lane generally south-easterly to generally southern boundary of the Parish of Pimilco, County of Rous; by part of that boundary easterly to the right bank of Richmond River; by a line south-easterly to the junction of the western prolongation of Sneesby Lane with the left bank of Richmond River; by that prolongation, lane and its prolongation generally easterly to the low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid, and by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
