Commencing at the intersection of Burwood Road and Georges River Road: and bounded thence by the former road northerly, Mitchell Street westerly, Coronation Parade southerly, Punchbowl Road generally south-westerly and Burwood Road, Bruce Avenue and the north-western prolongation of Cecilia Street south-easterly to Campsie-Rookwood Railway; by that railway generally south-easterly and Sydenham-Bankstown Railway south-westerly to the northern prolongation of Loftus Street; by that prolongation and street south-easterly, Thorncraft Parade south-westerly and south-easterly, Canterbury Road north-easterly and Bexley Road generally south-easterly to Wolli Creek; by that creek downwards and the right bank of Cooks River upwards to Bayview Avenue; by that avenue north-easterly to Cooks River; by that river upwards to the western prolongation of Alfred Street; by that prolongation and street easterly, Beauchamp Street generally northerly, Ewart Street north-westerly and Wardell Road generally north-easterly to the Sydenham-Bankstown Railway, aforesaid; by that railway north-westerly and the railway from Dulwich Hill to Glebe Island generally northerly to Old Canterbury Road; by that road generally south-westerly, Henson Street northerly, Seaview Street westerly, Prospect Street southerly, again Seaview Street westerly, Holden Street northerly, Palace Street westerly, Milton Street generally north-westerly and Georges River Road, aforesaid, south-westerly to the point of commencement.
