Commencing at the junction of Darley Road with Alison Road:and bounded thence by the former road generally north-easterly,York Road generally northerly, Oxford Street westerly, SidEinfeld Drive easterly, Leswell Street north-westerly,Edgecliff Road generally north-westerly and Ocean Avenue andits prolongation north-easterly to the low water mark of thegenerally southern shore of Port Jackson; by that low watermark generally westerly to the south-eastern side of the FingerWharf in Woolloomooloo Bay; by that side of that wharfnorth-easterly, the north-eastern and north-western sides ofthat wharf north-westerly and south-westerly to the low watermark of the generally southern shore of Port Jackson,aforesaid; by that low water mark generally westerly to a pointnorth-east of the intersection of Cowper Wharf Roadway andLincoln Crescent; by a line south-westerly to thatintersection; by Lincoln Crescent, Sir John Young Crescent andHaig Avenue generally south-westerly, College Street southerly,Wentworth Avenue south-westerly, Elizabeth Street southerly,Hay Street westerly, Pitt Street and George Street generallysouth-westerly, Broadway south-westerly, City Road and KingStreet generally south-westerly, Forbes Street south-easterly,Elvy Place north-easterly, Forbes Lane south-easterly andWilson Street south-westerly to the north-western prolongationof the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 2070; by thatprolongation and boundary south-easterly, the south-easternboundary of that lot south-westerly and the south-easternprolongation of the south-western boundary of that lotsouth-easterly to Iverys Lane, that lane and its prolongationsoutherly to the Main Suburban Railway; by that railwaygenerally north-easterly to the northern prolongation ofCornwallis Street; by that prolongation and street and GardenStreet generally southerly, Henderson Road north-easterly,Raglan Street easterly, Cope Street generally northerly,Phillip Street and Crescent Street generally easterly, SouthDowling Street sou therly, Dacey Avenue easterly and AlisonRoad, aforesaid, generally south-easterly to the point ofcommencement.
