Commencing at the confluence of Breakfast Creek and EasternCreek: and bounded thence by the former creek upwards to thenorth-eastern prolongation of the south-eastern boundary of Lot123 DP 31687; by that prolongation, boundary and itsprolongation south-westerly to Stephen Street; by that streetnorth-westerly, Mort Street southerly and Cardiff Streetwesterly to the northern prolongation of Boyd Street; by thatprolongation, street and its prolongation southerly to MainWestern Railway; by that railway generally easterly to thenorth-eastern prolongation of McCoy Street; by thatprolongation and street generally south-westerly to thenorth-western boundary of a reserve at the end of that street;by that boundary south-westerly and part of a southern boundaryof that reserve south-easterly to Ross Street; by that streetsouth-westerly, Best Road north-westerly, Harwood Streetsouth-westerly, Isabelle Street south-easterly, AthabaskaAvenue generally south-westerly, Lucretia Road south-easterly,Cornelia Road generally south-westerly, Ellam Drivesouth-westerly, Blacktown Road generally north-westerly,Prospect Highway generally southerly, Great Western Highwaygenerally westerly and Walters Road northerly to BungarribeeCreek; by that creek and Eastern Creek, aforesaid, downwards tothe point of commencement.
