Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of Old Windsor Road with Windsor    Road: and bounded thence by the latter road generally    south-easterly, Parsonage Road north-easterly and generally    south-easterly, Old Northern Road north-easterly and Francis    Street and its prolongation generally south-easterly to a    northern tributary of Excelsior Creek; by that tributary and    Excelsior Creek downwards and Darling Mills and Blue Gum Creeks    upwards to the north-western prolongation of the south-western    boundary of the Deaf and Blind Children's Centre; by that    prolongation, boundary and its prolongation south-easterly to    North Rocks Road; by that road generally easterly, Jenkins Road    generally south-easterly, Pennant Hills Road generally    south-westerly and Bettington Road generally north-westerly to    Hunts Creek; by that creek downwards to the northern boundary    of Lake Parramatta Reserve; by that boundary and its    prolongation westerly to North Rocks Road, aforesaid; by that    road generally northerly to the 132 kV Transmission Line from    Carlingford to Blacktown Substations; by that transmission line    north-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of the    south-eastern boundary of Lot 12, DP 236669; by that    prolongation, boundary and its prolongation south-westerly to    Caprera Road; by that road north-westerly, Windermere Avenue    westerly, Windsor Road, aforesaid, north-easterly and Model    Farms Road generally north-westerly to Quarry Branch Creek; by    that creek downwards to Churchill Drive; by that drive    generally north-westerly, Willmott Avenue south-westerly,    Lanhams Road and Buckleys Road and its prolongation generally    westerly and Old Windsor Road, aforesaid, generally    north-westerly to the point of commencement.
