Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of DP 210126 with the low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that prolongation, boundary, the northern boundary of DP 413085 and its prolongation westerly to Coast Road; by that road north-easterly and a track running through Lot 525, DP 822860 and its prolongation generally north-westerly to Cudgera Creek; by that creek and a southern tributary of that creek upwards to Cudgera Creek Road; by that road and Cudgera Road generally south-westerly to the creek flowing through Lot 4, DP 621019 and Lot 2, DP 617184; by that creek downwards to Casino-Murwillumbah Railway; by that railway generally south-easterly and the generally southern boundary of Tweed Shire; by part of that boundary generally south-westerly and part of the generally eastern boundary of the City of Lismore generally south-easterly to the road from Repentance Creek to Goonengerry via Goonengerry Dip; by that road generally north-easterly, Federal Road generally northerly to a point east of the creek flowing through Lot 3 and Lot 1, DP 608723, Lot 4, DP 735538, Lot 12, DP 755712; by a line easterly to that creek; by that creek and Wilsons River downwards to the generally eastern boundary of the City of Lismore, aforesaid; by that boundary generally southerly to the northern boundary of Lot 125, DP 755691; by that boundary easterly, the northern boundary of Lot 93, DP 755691 and its prolongation easterly and part of the generally north-western boundary of Lot 8, DP 794197 generally north-easterly to a reserved road running through that Lot and DP; by that road generally easterly, Bagotville Road generally north-easterly, Wardell Road and Lumleys Lane generally south-easterly to generally southern boundary of the Parish of Pimilco, County of Rous; by part of that boundary easterly to the right bank of Richmond River; by a line south-easterly to the junction of the western prolongation of Sneesby Lane with the left bank of Richmond River; by that prolongation, lane and it prolongation generally easterly to the low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean aforesaid, and by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea> generally northerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
