Agents

An agent is a person who is legally responsible for the management and disclosure of the election campaign finances of a political party, elected member, candidate, group of candidates or third-party campaigner.

A person can be an agent for more than one political entity. Some people, such as elected members, may be their own agent.

All agents have legal obligations and penalties may apply for non-compliance.
